Frequently asked questions
How do I get access to my community?
Your homeowners' association issues you a single-use unit access code. Open the app, sign in, and enter that code on the unit verification screen to link your account to your unit. If you do not have a code, or your code has already been used, contact your HOA administrator — for security, only your HOA can issue or reissue one.
I am HOA staff. How do I get an account?
Staff and administrator accounts are created by your HOA through us, not by self-registration. Ask your HOA administrator to request the account.
Can I pay my dues in the app?
Not directly. HOAHub is a record-keeping tool, not a payment processor. You pay your dues through your usual method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash, or check) and then upload a photo of your receipt in the app. Your HOA's staff reviews and confirms it. We never hold or transfer funds.
I am not receiving notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for HOAHub in your device's Settings, then open the app's Profile screen and confirm the notification categories you want are switched on.
I belong to more than one community.
You can. Use the property switcher to move between the communities you are a member of. Data is kept strictly separate between communities.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email us at the address above and tell us which community and unit you belong to. Note that some records belong to your HOA as the data controller, so we may need to coordinate with them. See our Privacy Policy for your full rights under the Data Privacy Act.
Something is broken or looks wrong.
Email us with a screenshot and a short description of what you did just before it happened. Crash reports reach us automatically, but a description of the steps is what makes a bug reproducible.
